How does PV MCCB achieve overload and short-circuit protection?

PV MCCB adopts a thermal magnetic tripping mechanism, which prevents overload through the thermal effect of the bimetallic strip, and quickly cuts off the short-circuit current through the electromagnetic coil to protect the line and equipment safety.

During installation, a ventilated and dry place should be selected to avoid direct sunlight and rain. When wiring, ensure that the polarity is correct and waterproof sealing is done well.

PV MCCB is mainly used for overload and short-circuit protection, and cannot replace the role of lightning arrester. Special lightning protection devices are still required in the system.

Regularly check the sealing of the terminal and the shell to ensure reliable fastening. If a fault is found, it should be replaced in time.

The shell is mostly made of high-strength flame-retardant plastic with excellent insulation performance, which can effectively prevent damage caused by arc and high temperature.
